Harvesting of all grapes in now completed. As with many other grape growing areas of Australia vintage has occurred 3 weeks earlier than usual due to the warm, dry season. Fruit quality is excellent and will produce some outstanding wines.
Our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is now sold out. We did not make a sauv blanc in 2014 because we had adequate stock levels of 2013 and unfortunately due to seasonal conditions did not get a large enough crop in 2015 to make wine. So we must wait until 2016.
We are bottled our 2012 shiraz and merlot during October 2014, following which they will be cellared for 18 months or more until ready for consumption.
Our 2012 rosé is available at some outlets, at farmers' markets and from our website. Just the thing on a warm afternoon with casual food!
Our 2010 merlot is now available from our web site and will become available at selected outlets over the next month.
The 2008 shiraz is an exceptional wine with depth of flavour and complexity.
We sold our fruit in 2014 and did not make wine.
