Rosé 2012 – Light red in colour, this wine has subtle aromas of morello cherry and red current leading to a refreshing and vivacious palate of ripe raspberries and red berries with a hint of spice. Good finish and length. A summer wine for consumption with light and casual foods. $18 per bottle.
Merlot 2008 - A strong flavoured wine with middle brick red hues. Exhibits olive and lifted coconut on the nose. Has middle weight intensity and a lengthy palate of cherry and red current. Nice and dry on the palate with soft tannins, moderate acid and good grip, finishing with a tight layer of roasted chestnut and cedar. Suitable for cellaring until 2016. 13% alc/vol.

Shiraz 2008 - Bright crimson red with aromas of rich cedar and tobacco. It is a rich style of shiraz with solid tannins, excellent length and good palate structure. It exhibits flavours of rum and raisin chocolate, blood plum and a hint of raspberry. It has a ripe fruit finish and balanced acid. A truly special wine!
Well suited to strong red meat dishes or pasta with a robust sauce. Excellent cellaring potential.
